Something for me to remember when feeling impatien Something for me to remember when feeling impatient, anxious, or stuck.

Was reviewing my (very detailed) logs from last year. Being reminded of the todos, the worries, the experiences. The immediate and the imminent. The distant and insurmountable. Things that seemed like such a big deal at the time, one after another. Things that I have since adjusted to and consider as normal.

Our memory sucks.

We easily forget where we were, what we had, and what we have overcome. We obsess, fixate on, and occupy ourselves with where we think we want to be. We forget that we did our best with everything we think we have at that point.

What is so wrong about now? Everything and nothing.

Look back, look ahead.

Decide what you can and will do NOW.

Breathe, and take the next step.

knowing that things will change won't help keeping it from changing

but knowing you can influence the direction, magnitude, and pace of the change will help to some extent

sometimes it takes a while to receive the change you want or notice the changes you don't want

but you won't notice it if you don't accept that the only thing that won't change is change .

sometimes things will change without you having to do anything or no matter what you do

sometimes there is only so much you can do to slow it down and hold onto things a little longer

sometimes there is only so much you can do to get where you want to get to faster or get away from where you don't want to be .

all you can do is do what you can

what you have now is exactly what you need and you have more than you think you need

you are more powerful than you think but you are less in control than you'd like to believe .

sometimes you don't know where you are, how to get where you want to be, or where you want to go

sometimes you charge on with conviction

sometimes you take the next tiny step in blind faith

most of the time you follow the delusion you chose .

the world keeps on spinning no matter what. you just decide how you want to interpret it and what story you want to tell yourself of the past, future, and present

whatever set of cards you're currently dealt with, know you'll be dealt the next card no matter what

you'll get to rearrange the cards and decide what game you can play with it and what the rules are, over and over again .

the journey is as long or as short as you make it to be

you'll be fine,

every once in a while just,

remember to look up and savour the view around

remember to step back and admire the quest

remember that you can sit down and take a breather

you don't have to force yourself to keep on moving because trust me, you won't be able to stay still

you'll be fine .

2-3 hari udah ilang semua gejalanya sih berkat Mixagrip separo dan 2x Norit

tapi seminggu setelahnya jadi pingin tidur melulu. sampe merasa bersalah ih kebo banget gw…. tapi pas gw cek datanya, masih average 8 jam-an per hari, jadi gpp lah gw jabanin aja

lewat seminggu udah berasa seger, eh skrg tepar lagi.... tapi ini bikin gw sadar…. **being grateful of not being in shit doesn't help you get further from the shit.** bersyukur atas hal2 baik itu bukan utk menjauhkan hal2 buruk.

fungsi bersyukur kayaknya memperindah hal2 baik tersebut dan menjaga suasana hati sekarang. cuma menikmati saat2 sehat dengan lebih baik, gitu kali ya

sebaik2nya kamu merawat dan menghargai hal2 yang baik, shit happens aja.

kalo udah happens trus gmn? ya udah nggak usah debat dengan realita. diresapi aja wkwkwk

kayak gini, rajin olahraga, istirahat cukup banget, makan bersih, fisik mental cukup kuat.

tapi badan mau sakit ya dia sakit. kagak bs dicegah.

jadi meski nggak pernah taking health for granted, ya nggak membantu jadi less likely to get sick juga, hahaha

kalo dibilang manusia berencana tuhan menentukan mungkin bener ya.

kita cuma bisa berusaha sebaik2nya dan bersyukur tiap hari, tapi kalo kejadian ya udah, nggak ada hubungannya dgn apa yang gw lakukan dan nggak lakukan. santuy aja. .

yg pasti, nggak enak sakit nanggung2.

kalo mau sakit ya sakit lah. ini nanggung2 jadi nge-zombie.... capek ya nggak capek2 amat. seger juga kagak.

apa mestinya tadi gw olahraga biar bikin capek sekalian ya? biar tepar.... tp takut jadi parah :p .
